Refund and Exchange Policy

If you have made a purchase that you feel did not match your expectations, please send a message to support@soiltosill.com with your order number and we will get back to you on next steps.

Exchanges:

At Soil to Sill we want to make sure that you end up with the best product that fits your needs. We happily offer exchanges on our products if the following criteria is met:

  • You are returning your product within 14 days of receiving the item

  • The product has not been used and is in the same condition it was received in

In the case of an exchange, you are responsible for paying shipping charges related to the return of your item.

After the product has been received by our operations department, we will email you back indicating the amount of store credit available to you.

Refunds:

If your item has a defect or is not up to the standard you expected, you may refund your purchase by returning the item to us. Please ship us back the item after emailing support@soiltosill.com. Please note that in cases where you are approved for your refund, we will return a credit to your credit card within 7 business days.
